We are landlords ourselves. That means we understand programme pressure, rental standards, practical specifications and the cost of delays. We take responsibility for the full refurbishment and material sourcing, agree the specification before work begins and manage the trades through to completion.
A small number of genuine pre-refurbishment images help show the condition we start with, not just the finished result.
The website is being built around genuine Banyan Tree Homes project photography rather than generic construction imagery.
Our work ranges from full flat refurbishments to office-to-residential conversions and listed buildings. We can coordinate architects, structural engineers, building warrants, planning and building control alongside the construction package.
Our listed-building experience includes work in Aberdeen and completed conversions in London, and we work across Category A, B and C buildings where appropriate to the project.
