We also coordinate architects, building warrants, structural engineers, planning and building control where required, giving investors and developers a single construction-led point of responsibility.
Current focus
Our largest conversion project to date is currently underway in Aberdeen city centre. We are actively looking to work with investors and developers on further commercial-to-residential opportunities across Scotland.
