Banyan Tree Homes Limited is an Aberdeen-based building business working across Scotland, with particular experience in full property refurbishment, listed buildings and commercial-to-residential conversions.
Built around property experience
We have been operating for four years and have completed approximately 20 projects. Because we are landlords ourselves, our approach is grounded in the commercial realities of property ownership: clear specifications, cost control, programme discipline and finishes that work in the real world.
Our own trade capability includes joiners, electricians, plumbers, roofers and architectural support. For specialist projects we coordinate the wider professional team required to take a scheme from concept through construction and handover.
